By filling out the Styling Request Form you hereby agree to allow Look Endearing and its stylist to use your name, photo, location, and other details that you provide on this site without providing you with prior notice. Additionally, Look Endearing and its stylist may republish parts of this site, including your details, photo, and other material outside of Look Endearing. However, if your details and information are used by Look Endearing outside of Look Endearing, we may provide you with advance notice, provided that the contact information you give us is active.
Agreement of Permission to Publish Picture
By requesting to be styled by the Look Endearing stylist, you certify that you have permission to upload the photo you chose to upload and that said photo is of yourself. Additionally, you give us permission to publish any photos you provide us with. You cannot submit a styling request for anyone other than yourself. You are welcome to invite others to submit a styling request for themselves.

By filling out the Styling Request Form, you are acknowledging that you understand that, as a free service, Look Endearing is not responsible for any consequences that may result from you looking fabulous after you submit a styling request.
