Anonyme Boots

August 26, 2010
When I first saw these gorgeous, and affordable [$98] suede boats, I wanted them instantly. Then I saw them in other colors [green, yellow, orange] and I haven't been able to get enough since.
Too cute! They can provide inspiration for so many different outfits.

August 2010 Day, Casual, and Evening Wear Options

August 25, 2010
Simplicity is the color of August. August isn't loud. It's mellow. Your wardrobe choices should reflect this mood. As summer ends, it's unnecessary to wear loud "I worked out all year for this" outfits. Below are some great style choices for the end of August.

Day
The best way to wear a t-shirt dress is fully accessorized and during the day. Play around with belts and toys for your wrists. If you're able to master accessorizing a t-shirt dress, trust me, you will want one in every color.

Casual
This French inspired look is likely to get anyone noticed. It's so casually cute! I actually want to buy the entire outfit.

Evening
undefined
During the evening in August, keeping it simple should get attention. This retro dress is awesome for a quiet evening out with a few friends. Pair it with matching pumps and clutch and you're good to go!

Final note for August: Wear as much white as you can before Labor Day.

Why We All Love Celebrities

August 24, 2010

We all like pretty people. Although pretty is subjective, most people would agree that certain celebrities, like Halle Berry, Will Smith, Queen Rania, Keri Hilson, and James Marsden (I heart him very much) are all “pretty.” We are attracted to these people. We study them, buy their music, watch their films, and listen to them in part, well ... because they look good.

The celebrities I listed are not only easy on the eyes, but they also look endearing wherever you may find them. I have never once seen Halle Berry look bad. Thus, it becomes incredibly easy to love them. I mean, how incredible does she look above?

Most people just want to be loved. If our personal style and how we present ourselves  (and I guess… our personalities lol) can attract people to us long enough for them to begin to love us, why isn't personal style as important to us as other things in our lives?

I'm a love groupie; I love love (cliché, I know).  I just want to help you look as endearing as you can so that love surrounds you.
